Purpose:

demands. It is specially designed with powerful independently
researched and developed software functions, and it is also easy
for operation, suitable for size measurement on batch precision
parts.
Applications:

space flight and aviation, etc.
Functions:
Full-auto 2D geometry measurement, can realize basic 3D
measurement, geometric tolerance assessment and reverse engineering
measurement of profile scanning.
Features:
1. The base of complete machine and stand column all adopt
high-density and high-precision granite, with close structure and
high stability.
2. High-precision cast iron moving platform, with high
anti-friction coefficient and strong corrosion resistance, and the
machine is more stable when
moving measurement.
3. Dual full closed-loop four-axis CNC servo control system, the
positioning is more accurate.
4. Core parts all adopt imported with original packing, and having
strict assembling and debugging according to international
standard.
5. Programmable five-ring eight-zone surface light source, LED
rimming light source and constant current drive, avoiding influence
to measurement
precision caused by light source problems.
6. Matching automatic zoom lens, can realize automatic zoom and
automatic focusing functions, making it more accurate and efficient
for
measuring.
7. Can select to install big-view profile surface programming for
measurement, the efficiency is five times faster than that of a
common camera. It
has fast flash-measurement function, which is the leader in this
industry.
Software:
1. Independently researched and developed MAGIC-DMIS measuring
software, having applied for national patent technology, and its
core algorithm
has gained authority certification. It is powerful, can edit the 2D
size of product, including combined measurement of geometric
tolerance size for
point, line, arc, angle, straightness, flatness, circular degree
and cylindricity, etc.
2. It can automatically find the edge and remove product rag,
guaranteeing zero error of catching, making the measurement more
precision.
3. Automatic profile scanning, and scanning result can import CAD,
making it easy to measure 2D profile. It can also import CAD
drawing to MAGIG
DMIS software, with fast contrast and off-line programming
measurement, the efficiency is improved more than three times.
4. Powerful SPC application function, making it more accurate for
measuring staff to know about the quality condition of each step,
which reduces
cost of poor quality as well as reject ratio.
5. Matching with probe, it can measure 3D size, can solve 3D
geometric tolerance of small parts.
