Purpose:

This machine is suitable for the endurance life test of charge cable and headphone cable in a rotation angle of 45 degrees, applicable in mobile phone, e-book, tablet PC, electronic dictionary, laptop and so on.

Feature:

1. It adopts double-station design and independent control, which tremendously saves testing space. And design of transparent protective cover

not only provides convenience for observing testing condition but also improves security of the equipment.

2. It adopts Japanese OMRON® color touch screen controller as programming inputting and Japanese MITSUBISHI® PLC as control. so test

condition can be input in the Touch panel to offer a real-time display of test condition and finished test times and other information.

3. It adopts Japanese Panasonic® AC servo motor drive. They are positioned with high precision, with low noise and can be used for a long time.

The test angle is ±1°. Each station adopts Japanese SHIMPO® planetary gear for slowing down with highly precise positioning.
