Equipment function:
The main function of Water Spray Chamber is to use it for electronic and electrical products, lamps,
electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles,
motorcycles and their parts and other products under simulated rain
and splashing water climate conditions to affect the physical and
physical properties of the products. Other related performance

- There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass)
on the door, and LED lighting is installed inside the box to facilitate observation of internal
testing conditions.
- IPX1, 2: The drip box adopts vacuum design and is made of stainless steel;
the nozzle contact position adopts a brass cone design to
facilitate the installation of water spray nozzles.
- IPX1, 2: It has a compressed air drying function. After the test is
completed, the excess water in the drip box can be drained out to
avoid water accumulation and scaling that will block the pinholes.

- IPX3, 4: The swing tube is driven by a domestic high-quality
stepper motor. The speed and angle of the swing tube are accurately
adjustable and there is no out-of-step problem (out of step: it
will cause the swing tube to move abnormally and hit the middle
turntable axis, causing damage to the equipment)
- IPX 5, 6: Manufactured in accordance with the rules of IEC 60529
(as shown below):
- Filtration measures: Standard high-precision filter can effectively
filter impurities in tap water; the filter element can be replaced
regularly.
- Turntable drive: Using domestic high-quality stepper motors, the
speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touch screen,
accurately and steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and
can automatically control forward and reverse rotation (forward and
reverse rotation: suitable for belts The sample is powered on for
testing to prevent winding).
- The test chamber is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220,
10A). The power on and off time of the sample power can be
controlled by the program: power outage (0-999min) - power on
(0-999min) - power outage (0-999min), which is suitable for samples
during testing The power needs to be turned on and off.
- The test time can be set on the touch screen, and the setting range
is: 0-999min (adjustable).
- The core control system uses a 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC.
