Equipment Overview:
Applications: Outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts and other
electronic and electrical products.
Equipment function: The main role of the equipment is used for electronic and
electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical
components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and other
products in the simulation of rain, splashing, spraying weather
conditions, the physical and other related performance of the
product test. After the test, through the verification to determine
whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, in
order to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and
factory inspection of the product.

Compliant with IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2: 2013 Degrees of
protection provided by enclosures(IP Code), GB4208-2017 Degrees of
Protection provided by Enclosures (IP Code) 14.2.1, 14.2.2, 14.2.3,
14.2.4 Terms and requirements of Figures 3 and 4.
Features:
1.Applicable to IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6 waterproof grade
test of products.
2.The shell is made of domestic high quality steel plate, the surface
is sprayed with baking paint, beautiful and durable.
3.The inner box, turntable, pendulum tube, etc., are made of SUS304#
stainless steel plate to ensure that there is no rust for a long
time.
4.Box-type structure; With water tank, circulation water; Automatic
water control, and low water level alarm detection.
5.The door has a transparent observation window (tempered glass
material), and the LED light is installed in the box to facilitate
the observation of the internal test situation.
6.IPX1, 2: Drop water tank adopts vacuum design, stainless steel material;
The nozzle contact position adopts brass conical design for easy
installation of water nozzle.
7.IPX1,2:With compressed air drying function, after the completion of the
test, the excess water can be removed from the drip box to avoid
water fouling and plugging the pinhole. (Note: Air supply required
by user)
8.IPX3,4:The pendulum tube drive adopts domestic high-quality stepper motor,
the pendulum tube speed and Angle are accurate and adjustable, and
there is no out-of-step problem (out-of-step: it will cause the
pendulum tube to act abnormally and crash into the middle turntable
shaft, causing equipment damage)
9.IPX5,6:Manufactured according to IEC60529 specifications (as shown below)

10.Filtration measures: the standard high-precision filter can
effectively filter impurities in tap water; The filter element can
be replaced regularly.
11.Turntable drive: The use of domestic high-quality stepper motor,
speed and Angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable),
accurate stepless adjustable within the standard range, and can
automatically control positive and negative rotation (positive and
negative rotation: suitable for sample power testing, to prevent
winding).
12.The test box is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220,10A),
and the sample power on and off time can be controlled by the
program: power off (0-999min) - power on (0-999min) - power off
(0-999min), which is suitable for the sample to be on and off
during the test.
13.The test time can be set on the touch screen, and the setting range
is 0-999min(adjustable).
14.Core control system adopts 7 inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC,
electrical components such as LS, Omron and other imported brands,
wiring process in line with national standards, reasonable layout
of the board, solid wiring, clearly marked.
